Go4Bucks is no longer on the net.  I don't know if this is temporary or permanent.  I really don't care, except in sympathy for people who just signed up for this.

The true problem with MLM programs, when you have to pay to sign up is that the people at the end of the line lose money.  At least it was only $19.00.

I tried go4bucks several years ago, but did little to advertise.  I had one person sign up under me, so I only lost $7.  The person signed up from an article I wrote that did not recommend signing up.  Strange.

There are many legitimate ways to make money on the internet.  They do not work for everyone.  Like any occupation, some people are more successful than others.

One of my personal favorite ways to make money is to send customers to websites that sell products.  The sites pay commissions.  A better explanation of this is available here.  The site offers an ebook that gives you a step by step process for getting involved in this, plus personal help by the author.
